A vegetable garden is designed in sizeable geometric flower beds on the rooftop terrace of Hotel Terre di Casole to serve the restaurant with vegetables, aromatic herbs and flowers.

Overlooking the Val d'Orcia, the vegetable garden consists of two rectangular flowerbeds of 100 square metres, each subdivided with aluminium borders to form a jigsaw puzzle of triangles with vegetables, strawberries, aromatic herbs, lavender, and flowers throughout the season. A small seating area in the shade separates the two large mirrored flowerbeds creating a perfect place to admire the panorama.
