FRAGRANT TRIANGLES

On the terrace of Hotel Terre di Casole, a kitchen garden structured in large geometric plots grows vegetables, aromatic herbs and flowers for the restaurant’s cuisine.

With views over the Val d’Orcia, the garden is structured around two 100-sqm rectangular beds, articulated by aluminum borders into a triangular mosaic that invites movement and exploration. The symmetrical beds are divided by a small shaded sitting area.

The triangles host a mix of vegetables, strawberries, aromatic herbs, lavender and flowers ensuring continuous seasonal variety.
