The design is inspired by molecular geometry, where the perfect hexagonal form becomes a symbol of life on Earth. The project was conceived as a “grid” that follows the site’s topography, resting on the slope through a system of inclined planes and stepped terraces defined by Corten steel edging.
Fruit trees are planted in rows along pathways that wind continuously across the 4,000 sqm site, linking different areas of the Botanical Garden. The entire system is connected by four circular passages equipped with seating — the “molecules” of the structure.
