In the northern Lazio Maremma, three farmhouses belonging to a single family estate overlook a panoramic swimming pool and five hectares of land cultivated with olive and almond trees.

Vers is a new supermarket chain in France, devoted to bring its clients fresh, healthy and sustainable food products. We have been working with Vers from the early stage of its concept development until its launch of over 20 stores around France.

The landscape project unfolds on a site marked by a significant slope, with the brief calling for a connection between the existing farmhouse, the swimming pool and the new buildings through an organic sequence of distinct yet interconnected spaces.
To structure the 8,000 sqm project area, two circulation axes were designed: a north–south vehicular route, running parallel to the municipal road, which provides access to the three residences, each with parking for two cars; and an east–west pedestrian axis, aligned with the former access road to the main farmhouse, allowing entry to the olive and almond groves, which are served by a separate agricultural track running along the garden’s perimeter.
