The design is inspired by molecular geometry, which in the perfect shape of the hexagon, is symbolic of Life on the Planet. The plan is as a "mesh" that, following the orography of the site, rests on the escarpment through inclined planes and steps contained in cor-ten steel profiles. Fruit trees are arranged in rows along uninterrupted paths over 4,000 sq. m. connecting several parts of the Botanical Garden. Four circular areas, equipped with seating, are the "molecules" of the structure connecting the whole system.
